Our Indoor Fitness Bootcamps in Bristol this Winter are perfect for working out in a team environment, with most clients attending 2-3 sessions per week.
Each Indoor Fitness Bootcamp session in Clifton and Henleaze is an hour long, usually focusing either on strength training or cardio and core training.
The strength boot camps utilise weights, compound lifts, squats, lunges and bench press exercises while the cardio and core boot camps work with rowing, treadmills, bike, slam balls, plank positions, crunches and sit-ups.
