Chris has been passionate about anything health and fitness related from a young age.

Since working as a fitness professional over the last 10 years, Chris has helped a variety of different clients achieve their goals, ranging from Dr referral schemes to sport specific events.

Chris believes that personal training sessions should be delivered in a friendly, professional manor and fun manor, whilst providing long lasting results.
