Leanne’s Personal Training sessions start with you and exactly where you are in this present moment. You don’t have to be in a current state of high fitness to seek out a PT, in fact, the opposite is true. I work with people who have different goals which are unique to them. These range from short term goals like brides wanting to look their best for their wedding day to long term goals such as general weight management, strength building and developing confidence in movement, just to name a few.

Working with Leanne you will learn that there’s is no judgement, only an analysis of where you are in this very moment. We then work together to develop a fitness plan that’s realistic and achievable for you to attain your unique goals in a positive, fun and uplifting way.

Leanne is originally from New Zealand and has lived in the UK for almost 20 years. She has been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years and also practises and teaches Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. She loves working 1 to 1 with people, getting to know them and truly understanding what they want to achieve from their Personal Training sessions.
