Active8 Personal Trainer & Group Instructor

Lizzie is the newest member of the Active8 Team and arrives with an abundance of knowledge and experience both as a personal trainer and a group exercise instructor. She is a level 4 strength & conditioning coach who loves working with both women (and men) in the gym with their lifts, helping them to find their confidence with the barbell/dumbbells.

After having her first child in 2020 Lizzie also has a keen interest in working with pre & post natal clients, helping them stay fit throughout pregnancy and then helping individuals regain their full fitness after giving birth.

Lizzie will be heading up the Active8 ‘Group Exercise’ sessions (in partnership with Myzone) with her fiancé Will. These sessions will cover all aspects of fitness from speed, strength, agility, coordination, balance and flexibility.
