Liz has been working in the fitness industry since 2012 and in this time has helped many clients achieve their fitness goals.

She enjoys participating in running events and hiit sessions and uses these two methods of training to help increase the fitness levels of her clientele. Liz gets real satisfaction, from seeing people achieve things they never thought possible whilst enjoying themselves in the process.
