He is a Level 4 Personal Trainer and Exercise Specialist with 15 years experience, specialising in lower back pain and corrective exercise. Over the years has helped individuals with a variety of posture related issues.

Ollie also believes that a holistic approach to his 1-2-1 sessions, helps clients improve their mental as well as their physical wellbeing.
