Shane has been working as fitness professional since 1996 and before that, played football for Swindon Town FC during their brief encounter in the Premier League.

Over the past 25+ years he has helped a variety of different clients set out their personal health and fitness goals and advised them on how to achieve these in a safe, efficient and enjoyable manor.

Shane is a great believer in ‘Healthy body, healthy mind’ and finds the best way to achieve this is to incorporate good nutrition, exercise and relaxation into your daily life, whilst following 3 simple rules; keep it simple, keep it consistent and trust the process… throw in a bit of fun to the mix and you’re on the road to success!
