Will has accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge during his time as a fitness professional. His main focus is helping you find a way to enjoy your training, as he believes there is something out there for everyone. Strength training is the foundation of his programme with the inclusion of muscle building, endurance and speed modalities.
Will try’s to implement a style of training that allows you to be “12 weeks out” from anything, so if you ever wanted to focus more in a particular area of the fitness spectrum, you would have a strong enough base, that you can make it happen!
Will and his fiancée Lizzie will also be heading up the Active8 ‘Myzone Group Exercise’ sessions that will also help you focus on becoming a well rounded, everyday athlete.
