Active8 is pleased to announce that we have Indoor Bootcamps this Winter in Bristol available at our Henleaze and Clifton fitness centres.
One of our Indoor Bootcamp PTs in Bristol is Steve Uren, who has worked at Active8 for two years and leads a daily bootcamp session for clients.
“The sessions are all about group training with different people of different ages, fitness levels and abilities,” commented Steve.
The Indoor Bootcamps for Winter in Bristol are perfect for working out in a team environment with most clients attending 2-3 sessions per week.
“Each Indoor Bootcamp session is an hour long, focusing either on strength training or cardio and core training,” said Steve.
“The strength bootcamps utilise weights, compound lifts, squats, lunges and bench press exercises while the cardio and core bootcamps work with rowing, treadmills, bike, slam balls, plank positions, crunches and sit-ups”.
The purpose of Indoor Bootcamps is to provide a non-weather-specific environment to train throughout the Winter months in Bristol.
Active8 also provides clients with access to fantastic modern gym equipment including cardio machines.
“The Indoor Bootcamp sessions run in the evenings with a great structure, and giving all clients a chance to train after a workout in a positive environment with monthly social activities organised as well,” concluded Steve.
The client ages vary from 17 to 61, with an equal split of male and female Active8 members attending. The perfect way to banish any Winter Blues.
