Spring fitness programmes Bristol

Winter is officially over, which means that Spring fitness programmes are now available with our Bristol PTs.

With the advent of a new season, more of our clients look to spend time outdoors as well as in our Henleaze and Clifton gyms to achieve their personal fitness and wellbeing goals.

Spring represents the ideal time for clients to increase their cardio fitness with additional routines that incorporate cycling and running outdoors in Bristol.

Many of our clients set new fitness goals in Spring and start thinking about the Summer holidays and getting the look they want for their annual holiday.

Spring fitness programmes for 2025 in Bristol provide classes indoors and outdoors, so our personal trainers in Henleaze and Clifton can provide a bespoke fitness plan for each client depending on their unique needs.

If you’re engaging in a new Spring fitness programme, bear this in mind:

Monitor your initial levels of exertion and adapt accordingly

Increase your training slowly if you are back from a fitness break

Don’t exercise in pain and speak to our Bristol PTs first

Aim for consistent increases in personal training activity

Following a personal training programme with an Active8 PT

Work with a PT who provides holistic well-being advice
