Many clients at Acxtive8 are now looking to spend more time exercising outdoors, as well as their regular weekly visits to see our Clifton personal trainers.

The changing of the season to Spring offers warmer weather, longer days, more light, and better opportunities to exercise outdoors in and around Bristol.

Many clients can focus on increasing their cardio fitness with increased routines of cycling and running outdoors during Spring.

Some clients set new fitness goals in Spring, and start thinking about the Summer holidays and getting the look they want for their big annual break in the sun.
