October traditionally sees clients coming to our Henleaze and Clifton PTs after their Summer holidays with many looking to start a clean sheet and get motivated with their personal fitness with only 12 weeks left until Christmas.
Some clients are looking for general, flexible and different personal training programmes, while others are training for a specific event and require a more set form of personal fitness programme to be delivered by our PTs.
Autumn fitness can become tricky outside, with wet conditions, loose leaves on surfaces making running difficult, and evenings closing in darker more quickly.
This can often lead to clients wanting to focus more on indoor personal fitness, which includes more cardiovascular work and a focus on weight loss.
