Having successfully launched a Saturday morning series of PT sessions at our Clifton gym, we are able to offer clients weekend personal fitness training in Bristol.

These sessions run from 45-60 minutes, and cover different areas of fitness and personal training, to give clients a varied programme of activities.

The focus of our weekend personal fitness training classes in Bristol covers exercises that include power, strength, speed and cardio.

We encourage our clients to use a MyZone chest strap when training, to help monitor their performance when working out during a weekend personal training class.

A significant number of our clients already use a MyZone watch when running to provide heart rate readings. The MyZone chest strap gives the most accurate readings when clients are working in a gym setting.
